ON CREATING A SPECIALIZED COUNCIL

Guided by Article 15.1, Part 2, Clause 5 of the RA Law “On Scientific and Technical Activities”, Clauses 15 and 16 of the “Procedure for Awarding Scientific Degrees in the Republic of Armenia” and based on the letters of the Director of the Institute of Geological Sciences of the RA NAS dated January 22, 2025 No. 2452-14 and the President of the RA NAS dated January 27, 2025 No. 24-01/22.

1. To establish a professional council for Geology 054 at the Institute of Geological Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia..
2. The Council may organize defenses of candidate and doctoral theses in the following specialties and composition:
